All our orders are shipped via DPD from our UK warehouse and we strive to deliver orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
STANDARD SHIPPING
€8.99 shipping. Delivery time within Germany: 3-4 standard working days.
Free shipping from €79.99.
Our standard working days are Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. Shipping times indicated are based on the shipping confirmation, not the time of order placement.
We currently do not dispatch on Dutch public holidays—please allow extra time for deliveries around these times. Click here to learn more about these dates.

PURSUIT
To track your order, log in (for registered users), navigate to your order, and view the "Order Shipments" tab. You can also check your order history and status. You can also click the link in your shipping confirmation email.
RETURNS
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund if they are in saleable, unworn condition.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover any return shipping costs. We recommend sending returns using a registered or signed-for delivery service of your choice to ensure your return is tracked and insured. Goods remain the customer's responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Please ensure they are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and can be resold as such with all tags, etc. still attached. If the product is deemed used or unsaleable, Heelys reserves the right to reject the return request and refuse to issue a credit to the purchaser.
We can provide you with information on using these services once you have completed our return form provided with your order. Please email us if you need a return form or if you encounter any issues with your return.
We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive and inspect your package, your return should be processed within 7 business days. Once processed, refunds will be returned to the original payment source. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days to appear.
If you believe your goods are faulty, please contact our customer service team at customer.care@uk.heelys.com to provide information and images detailing any defects or damage.
EXCHANGE
Because our inventory is constantly changing, we do not offer a traditional exchange service. Instead, you should place a new order and return the old one for a refund. Once we receive your original items back in stock, the standard return process applies.
