Step 1:Â Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall. Stand on it with your heel against the wall.
Step 2:Â Mark the tip of your longest toe. Repeat for both feet.
Step 3:Â Measure from the wall edge to the mark in centimeters or inches, and compare with the size chart above.

All our orders are shipped via DPD from our UK warehouse and we strive to deliver orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

To track your order, log in (for registered users), navigate to your order, and view the "Order Shipments" tab. You can also check your order history and status. You can also click the link in your shipping confirmation email.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund if they are in saleable, unworn condition.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover any return shipping costs. We recommend sending returns using a registered or signed-for delivery service of your choice to ensure your return is tracked and insured. Goods remain the customer's responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Please ensure they are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and can be resold as such with all tags, etc. still attached. If the product is deemed used or unsaleable, Heelys reserves the right to reject the return request and refuse to issue a credit to the purchaser.
We can provide you with information on using these services once you have completed our return form provided with your order. Please email us if you need a return form or if you encounter any issues with your return.
We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive and inspect your package, your return should be processed within 7 business days. Once processed, refunds will be returned to the original payment source. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days to appear.
If you believe your goods are faulty, please contact our customer service team at customer.care@uk.heelys.com to provide information and images detailing any defects or damage.
Because our inventory is constantly changing, we do not offer a traditional exchange service. Instead, you should place a new order and return the old one for a refund. Once we receive your original items back in stock, the standard return process applies.

"We purchased a pair of Heelys x Reebok Club C sneakers in blue and white, size 34 CHILD. When assembling them, we realized that the areas of the sole where the wheels fit are different sizes: the left one is Medium size and the right one is Small size. Only one pair of Medium-sized wheels was included, and they fit exclusively into the slot on the left sole. We contacted Heelys with no reply at the moment. We will update the review depending on the outcome."
